Reese Outdoors and its subsidiary companies agree during the warranty period, to repair any defect in material or workmanship or to replace such product with equal value in exchange without charge(except for shipping and handling charges that may arise). Such repair or replacement is subject to verification of the defect or malfunction. Repairs that are caused by use beyond normal conditions(misuse and abuse of our products) will not be honored by our warranty claim.
